    Greetings, We wish to inform you that today at 3:01 PM (GMT-5), for approximately 11 minutes, our service was intermittently impacted by an issue with our authentication provider, Auth0, which reported operational problems. The mentioned intermittent issue manifested as difficulties in navigability and the authentication service. The operation is currently normalized and under preventive monitoring.
