Update timeline

  1. identified Dec 16, 2025, 02:20 PM UTC

One of our infrastructure providers (Snowflake), has reported a service disruption impacting core platform functionality in the Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region, which is affecting our APAC tenant. As a result, customers may experience degraded performance, and potential delays or failures in background workloads and data ingestion processes. Snowflake has acknowledged the incident on their status page, confirmed the impact on customer workloads, and stated that their engineering teams are actively working on mitigation efforts. At this time, a definitive root cause has not been confirmed, and an estimated time for full recovery has not yet been provided. We are closely monitoring the situation and will continue to share updates as more information becomes available.

  2. monitoring Dec 16, 2025, 04:04 PM UTC

Snowflake has confirmed that the incident has been mitigated and service has been restored in the affected region. From our side, we have identified a small number of processes that require re-execution, which are currently being addressed. During the incident, customers may have experienced temporary slowness, but processes should now be operating normally. We will continue monitoring the platform throughout the day to ensure all executions complete successfully and that no further issues arise.

  3. resolved Dec 16, 2025, 06:46 PM UTC

The incident affecting the APAC tenant has remained resolved, and the service continues to operate normally. Following a period of monitoring, we have confirmed that the platform is stable and operating as expected, with no further issues observed. We appreciate your patience and understanding while this issue was being addressed.
