**US and UK Website Outage and Resolution - November 1st, 2024** We experienced a brief interruption of service on our UK and US websites on Friday, November 1st. This was caused by an unexpected error with a third party plugin. **Impact:** * The UK and US websites were temporarily unavailable. * Service was restored within 17 minutes. **Resolution:** Our team quickly implemented a temporary fix to bring the websites back online. Yesterday at 1pm we received reports that customers were receiving unexpected error messages when using our system. This was due to a configuration problem with the new system that was deployed during a recent update.The issue was quickly identified and resolved within minutes by our technical team, with no significant impact on users. On 21st October 2024, we received a handful of customer complaints that our Signable Billing page \(within the Signable app\) was unresponsive and showing only a constant ‘loading’ sign. We immediately investigated and diagnosed the issue, which was related to a small change in how legacy card payment methods are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. All of the customers affected now have access to the Billing page. **Incident Severity Level: 3** Thank you for your patience.
