In order to continue providing you with a secure and reliable service, DPD will be performing scheduled system maintenance on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (CEST). During this time, the DPD DE Web Service API system will remain available, but there may be brief service interruptions. Please take this into account when planning your work. This maintenance is intended to improve DPD’s security measures and protect your data. DPD is doing everything possible to keep the interruption as brief as possible, and we thank you for your understanding.

Due to problems with our cloud provider some carriers and services are currently unavailable. This also affects the usage of all shipcloud owned contracts. We are working hard on mitigating the problems and fixing the issue.

The API is partially responding with errors when creating shipment quotes or creating a shipment using shipcloud rates with carrier DPD. We have identified the cause of the problem and are working on a fix.

Es kann zu verzögerten Antwortzeiten kommen. Wir arbeiten mit Hochdruck daran, das Problem zu lösen. Wann die Störung behoben sein wird, lässt sich derzeit noch nicht absehen. Wir halten Sie dazu auf dem Laufenden. Wir bitten um Entschuldigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten und stehen bei weiteren Fragen gerne zur Verfügung.
