    SharperLending is diligently working to resolve an issue with XpertOnline Client Side ordering right now. We are experiencing an isolated service interruption with new orders being placed from the client side web site located at www.XpertOnline.net. LOS interface orders, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac reissues, and new orders from XOLX are not affected by this interruption.

    XOP is delivering the error "Unable to logon" when trying to log into XOP

    Sectigo is having issues with their certificate validation servers. This is causing issues with the code signing certificate used within the XOP applications from being able to connect to XOP. We are watching this issue for resolution. PLEASE NOTE: we can confirm this login disruption is not affecting users accessing XOLX directly, or your clients accessing XOL. This issue is affecting only the XOP utility. All other components including XOLX and XOL are still fully functional.
