We experienced an issue with the Returns API of the carrier Post AT from 05:00 to 06:15 due to a database error on the carrier's end. This caused disruptions to label creation, and the affected customers have already been informed. The issue has since been resolved. On behalf of the carrier, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
