    We experienced an issue with the API of the carrier DPD FR from 13:45 to 14:15 due to an anomaly on a cluster. This caused disruptions to label creation, and the affected customers have already been informed. The issue has since been resolved. On behalf of the carrier, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
