In regards to the recent issues our customers experienced due to the Salesforce performance degradation, we understand from Salesforce that the issue is resolved, and customers’ ecosystems are running as normal. As an ISV partner with Salesforce, we are closely working with Salesforce to understand the root cause and steps being taken to avoid such incidents in the future. We will share the details as and when they are made available to us.
