Description of Issue: Salesforce have advised that currently they are experiencing an issue with Force.Com being unavailable. In respect of ServiceMax products, this will be causing a number of issues with usability of our product and we are working with Salesforce to resolve. Description of Issue: Salesforce have advised that the issue has been resolved and was determined as being caused by a recent DNS change. Salesforce have advised that the issue is now resolved. The issue was caused by a planned DNS change which was rolled back to restore service. A formal RCA will be made available by Salesforce in due course.
