There are changes to the mobile database in FSA v3.9.0 (release date 10/22/2020), which causes the app to initialize right after the app is upgraded. It is recommended that users perform a data sync before upgrading the app so that any un-saved or un-synced data is first synced to the server, thus avoiding loss.
