Our engineers have identified an issue causing delays in recipient engagement data for a subset of Legacy Marketing customers (TNE Marketing Campaigns are NOT affected). Affected customers may experience delays in viewing click and open statistics, and the option to export campaign click data may appear disabled. This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
