    Starting around 4:09 am PST on Jul/24, our engineers began investigating an issue related to low success rates in the us-west-2 region. Customer shouldn't experience impact. This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in an hour or as soon as more information becomes available.

    At 4:21 PST our engineers have isolated the degraded region and removed it from load balancing and are now mitigated and observing. We will provide another update in an hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
