Mar 13, 15:18 PDT Scheduled - We are performing scheduled hardware maintenance on customer Solr cluster deployments hosted on Microsoft Azure that are on private VNets. This maintenance involves a hardware configuration update and is designed to be fully transparent, with no expected downtime or service interruption. Maintenance Schedule: March 18 - March 20, 2026 We will monitor all systems throughout the maintenance window and will provide updates if there are any changes to the announced impact.

Nov 21, 15:55 PST Resolved - All track events have been successful over the last hour, and we no longer see any errors for any Site Search Dashboard requests for analytics in US Region. The incident has been resolved. Nov 21, 14:53 PST Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. Nov 21, 13:34 PST Investigating - We are seeing a high error rate with Analytics in the US Region. Our team is investigating the issue. Analytics from the Site Search Dashboard may return 5xx errors, and tracking for analytics may be impacted for clients.

Jul 2, 10:17 PDT Investigating - We have observed increased error rate on Site Search Analytics Clusters in US East Region. What is affected for US East Region: * Site Search Analytics Metrics on Site Search Dashboard have an increased Error Rate. You could be seeing errors on Dashboard for Analytics as you log in. * Site Search Reporting APIs have an increased Error Rate * Analytics Tracking APIs have an increased Error Rate

Azure has reported on https://azure.status.microsoft/en-us/status/ that it has started applying the mitigation steps and we are seeing signs of recovery. All SearchStax Premium deployments in the Central US Region have recovered. If a Disaster Recovery plan was activated for any of these deployments, the traffic has now been moved back to the Primary deployment. If we continue monitoring this issue till it gets closed from Azure end.
