DPD have reached out to say that they are still escalating the matter with Google for a swift resolution. The DPD team is actively working on independent fixes and workarounds to restore service as soon as possible. We have identified that the Zendesk issues is being caused by a system failure on Cloudflare. Cloudflare are aware and are working on the issue.
