    Thank you for being a valued customer of SchoolMint Customer. We take great pride that over 16,000+ schools and districts across the country select SchoolMint as a trusted provider of their marketing, enrollment, and positive culture solutions. Beginning October 22 through October 26, SchoolMint Sync Service experienced degraded performance. No other SchoolMint products were affected. Additionally, there was a brief 5 minute outage this morning (October 27) to correct the issue. We want to apologize for the disruption that this may have caused your community. The issue was found to be with the Enroll data queue processing task scheduler. The issue caused delayed or stalled data updates/ processing. The issue is now fully corrected and no data was lost. To prevent such an occurrence in the future, SchoolMint has implemented a dedicated monitoring service on the SyncService queue handler.
