We have identified degraded performance in our SchoolMint Enrollment platform. Due to a high volume in traffic, additional servers were brought online to increase capacity. Some requests were backlogged while the application resources were launched. We are currently monitoring the queue as backlogged requests are processed. Some new requests might experience a delay as the system queue stabilizes. We are actively monitoring the application infrastructure and will continue to adjust resources to ensure a continued restoration of application performance.
