    Hello all, Our edge compute service provider Fastly was doing an Amsterdam datacenter expansion overnight, which affected the availability of their services. Our DevOps team worked during the night to migrate each service to bypass Fastly and were done with everything by 3:50am CET. We’ll be following up with Fastly for an investigation around what exactly happened and how to prevent this in the future. Thanks, The Salto CloudWorks team

    Currently we are experiencing delays with our email service provider. Emails are taking over 1 hour to be processed but are being processed slowly. This affects all email related notifications such as, user sign up notifications and any configured notifications in-app. We are in touch with our provider and are hope to resolve this soon.

    We are investigating an issue surrounding connection issues on IQ1 devices. We believe this may be due to an issue on our SIM providers side. Due to the IQ1 being offline, no new access changes can be synced to the IQ1 whilst they are offline and only existing access rules will work. Once the connection is restored all events will return and new access rules will be synced again automatically.

    Our SIM provider has made a change within their network and we are seeing devices reconnect. We will mark this as resolved and are continuing to monitor the situation to ensure things remain stable.
