We are investigating an outage with Saleo Capture loading embedded tours as well as the tour editor.

The issue has been fully resolved. After investigation, we determined the root cause was a missing environment variable that was not included during the deployment process. That configuration has now been added and validated, and the affected functionality is operating as expected. We are also strengthening our internal review and release validation processes to ensure required environment configuration is consistently verified prior to deployment. These additional checks are intended to reduce the risk of similar issues occurring in the future and improve the overall reliability of our release process.

We’re currently seeing an increase in errors when publishing tables through the Saleo extension. Captures (both library and playback) may also fail to load. Live demo playback is unaffected. Our team has identified the cause and is actively rolling back the recent deploy. Thank you for your patience, and we’ll share another update as soon as things are back to normal.

The publishing of tables on Saleo live has been restored. Tour builder and public links to tours is back as well. Previewing of tours is currently in progress.

The issue has been resolved, and everything is now working as expected. Publishing tables through the Saleo extension and loading captures are both functioning normally again. Thank you for your patience while our team worked through this.
