We are happy to inform you about the Incident on the external provider end has been mitigated and all strong customer authentication attempts are working nominally. Authentication attempts were failing between 16:32-17:27 CET, for a 55-minute time window. We will continue to collaborate with our partners to get a detailed analysis on the root cause. We're sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
