Issues with returns handling trough PeakWMS

   Status: Identified PeakWMS is currently experiencing two issues: a) Some merchants may find that returns created by Returnflows are not appearing on their terminals b) Returns created by Returnflows may not include a return reason (“Begrundelse for retur”) PeakWMS is currently investigating both issues (a and b), and we are awaiting their conclusions.    Status: Identified We're awaiting confirmation from PeakWMS that a fix has been released. Affected components PeakWMS (Partial outage)

4. resolved Mar 09, 2026, 12:00 PM UTC

   Status: Resolved PeakWMS has released a fix to issue a) and allows returns without a return reason ("Begrundelse for retur") to be closed. Affected components PeakWMS (Operational)
