    Some customers are reporting an error when trying to process the enrollment.txt file in DnA. This error may cause students to become unenrolled.     Rostering data has been refreshed for the all affected DnA customers. Root cause analysis helped determine that the issue was limited to only customers using Console for data ingestion.     We experienced a sudden spike in demand from 8:38 AM to 9:08 AM ET today, which caused our servers to not scale up fast enough. As a result, some users may have experienced slow loading pages and occasional error pages during this time. We have identified and resolved the issue, and our servers are now operating normally. We have also made adjustments to set a higher baseline and scale up more quickly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    Some customers are also reporting that a small percentage of items and passages are not loading in Online Testing assessments or in Item Back search results. This item is related to the current issue with Live Proctoring. Our engineering team has identified the issue and is working on a fix for both. Live Proctoring sessions started after Friday 8/23 are not affected. The team will be restoring sessions that were active on or before Friday 8/23, this is a lengthy process that likely will not finish until tomorrow, however we will keep the status page updated with relevant updates on that timeline if any become available.
