You may be experiencing disruption to VoIP 9-1-1 services for the affected PSAP. Start time: 05/14/26 11:36 AM Central Time. Estimated time to resolution: Currently unknown. Cause: Currently unknown. Routing/workaround: During this outage, calls are being delivered to our Emergency Call Relay Center for initial triage and warm transfer to the PSAP. Affected PSAPs: FCCID 8616, Coleman Co.
