This outage is believed to have begun at 2025-12-30 13:40 CST with an expected time to resolution of . The cause of the outage is currently unknown. The issue is affecting 9 1 1 call delivery to the following PSAPs FCCID 6954, Tyler Poice Department, Smith County, Texas. You may be experiencing During this outage, calls were being delivered to the PSAP's 10 digit 24 by 7 emergency line on VoIP service, this is a Single PSAP outage. This outage is believed to have begun at 2025-12-30 13:40 CST with an expected time to resolution of 2026-01-23 15:04 CST. The cause of the outage was: Motorola made a configuration change on the PSAP CHE. Routing in the Prod VPC was restored and a test call was successfully made at 3:04pm Central time 1/23/26.. The issue was affecting 9 1 1 call delivery to the following PSAPs FCCID 6954, Tyler Poice Department, Smith County, Texas.
