    We want to make you aware of an unexpected disruption impacting BrightArrow’s short code text messaging service. As a result, BrightArrow has moved all clients over to a 10-digit long code (424-2##-####) delivery option. While this issue is being addressed, all text messages will be delivered via a 10-digit long code and are limited to 306 characters with no links. BrightArrow has identified the cause and is working to implement a resolution. Ensuring reliable message delivery remains our highest priority, and we will notify you as soon as full service is restored. Thank you for your patience.
