We have implemented a fix and are seeing recovery. We are continuing to monitor and will be fixing impacted accounts.

Shopify has identified an issue that was resulting in duplicate subscriptions orders showing on some store, for more details see https://www.shopifystatus.com/incidents. We have rolled out a workaround and resolved this issue for impacted Recharge stores and are working to update all impacted customer accounts.
