    We are observing issues of some customers unable to update their payment method using Frictionless Payment updates. Our team has identified the issue and is working on a fix. In the meantime, customers will be directed to update their payment method via the Shopify "send email" update.

    A fix has been implemented and customers can now utilize Frictionless Payment updates again. We are seeing recovery and will continue monitoring.
