We have had reports of tracking devices not updating this morning. Our systems are running without issue so we are investigating a possible network issue with the mobile phone networks

Our mobile network provider has confirmed an issue with all UK mobile data networks from 07:50 BST that is affecting the ability of our tracking devices to connect and return tracking data to us. We will update this page when we have further details The data will be safely stored on your tracker until the issue is resolved at which point it will be downloaded automatically.
