We have been made aware of an issue sending SMS to users from RAM Assist. We are investigating the issue but in the meantime if you need account credentials please contact us.

We are continuing to work on a solution to this issue which is preventing any SMS messages being sent from the Assist site or apps. Driver ID's and Access Codes are available when you login to https://www.ramassist.com/ and can be shared outside of the Assist system as a work around. For any other issues please use our help tools to raise a support ticket
