    At approximetly 12:00 GMT on Friday 8th December, we have noticed some camera devices have not been reporting event data to our gateway. This will means that journey data and current vehicle location may not be reflected correctly upon login. We're working with the camera provider to identify the root cause and resolve the issue as soon as possible

    After restarting our gateway services that accept event and journey data, messages once more started to be processed. At this time, we don't see any further actions to take apart from monitoring the processing to ensure this doesn't happen again. Root Cause is still yet to determined.
