    We have been made aware of an issue with the Rogers network that is impacting our Canadian customers and their devices. Devices are unable to report to our servers because of an issue with cellular connectivity that Rogers are working to resolve. Devices will store their tracking data until the connectivity is restored so there will be no loss of data.
