    We are investigating an issue where geocoding information is not appearing in the web frontend or the mobile app.

    We have resolved the issue which was due to an expired SSL certificate and processing is now returning to normal. Address information may be missing while we reprocess it on events that occurred between 00:00 and 08:38 UTC on 10/07/24. This issue also impacted transactions entered into RAM Assist between these times where unfortunately the transaction data has been lost
