We are aware that Shared Hosting Server Fiber22-R is currently experiencing connectivity issues. UPDATE: An on-site technician is currently troubleshooting the issue with this server. We hope to have a resolution in place shortly. Thank you for your continued patience, and we will update this status incident once we have additional updates. UPDATE 10:36 AM PDT: Our on-site technician continues to actively work on Fiber22-R. At this stage, additional time is needed to thoroughly complete the troubleshooting and implement the required fixes in a careful, methodical way. This process is not instantaneous, as multiple steps are involved and we want to ensure the resolution is both effective and lasting. The current estimated timeframe for full restoration is approximately 2–3 hours. Please rest assured that we are giving this our full attention and are committed to bringing services back online as quickly as possible. Thank you again for your continued patience and understanding. UPDATE 1:07 PM PDT: Our on-site technician continues to work diligently on Shared Hosting Server Fiber22-R. While we had initially anticipated a 2–3 hour restoration window, the troubleshooting process has revealed additional complexities involving multiple factors that must be carefully addressed. We want to emphasize that all customer data is safe and not at risk. The challenges at hand are purely technical in nature. At this time, we may need additional time beyond our initial ETA. We understand the inconvenience this may cause, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as our team continues to dedicate full resources and focus toward resolving this incident. Further updates will be posted here as more information becomes available, and we will share an updated ETA as soon as possible. UPDATE 3:00 PM PDT: We are pleased to report that the issue affecting Shared Hosting Server Fiber22-R has been fully resolved. Services are now restored and operating normally. Our team has verified stability across the environment, and we will continue to monitor the server closely to ensure there are no further issues. We sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding while we worked through this matter.
