    We are aware that some customers are not able to receive verification code via SMS / text message when signing into QuickBooks. Investigative work is in progress and we will share further update when it becomes available. Meanwhile as a workaround, please try to send verification code to email address.

    We are pleased to share that a fix has been deployed to resolve the SMS code issue. You should now be able to receive verification code via SMS / text message when this method is selected. Thank you for being patient with us as we worked to resolve this.
