Some QBO Payroll customers have reported experiencing difficulties when attempting to access payroll, specifically encountering a spinning wheel or an error message stating, "Something went wrong on our end. Please wait a couple minutes and try again." A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. Please open payroll again and issue should be resolved. We’ll share any additional updates as soon as we learn more. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to get everything up and running soon.
