Some customers are currently unable to export their approved time entries to their QBO Payroll account due to a System Failure Error. We’ve identified the source of the problem and are working to resolve the issue.

An earlier issue with QBO and QuickBooks Time prevented some users from exporting time entries into their accounts. Our teams have resolved the issue, and after a refresh of the product users can now export those entries. Thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve this issue.
