Some customers using QuickBooks Online Core Payroll are seeing an error message when trying to submit their Full Payment Submission (FPS) / Employer Payment Summary (EPS)

Some customers using QuickBooks Online Core Payroll are currently getting an error when trying to submit their FPS/ EPS We’re working with our engineering teams to fix this and will keep you updated. We apologise for the inconvenience and hope to get everything up and running soon!

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. We kindly request QuickBooks Online Core Payroll customers to re-submit FPS / EPS if these were previously unsuccessful.
