_On November 3, 2025, one of our SQL Server Elastic Pools experienced higher-than-expected demand. This resulted in slower response times for a subset of customers._ _**What We Did**_ _Provation promptly addressed the issue by increasing resources for the affected pool and redistributing databases to restore optimal performance._ _**Looking Ahead**_ _To help prevent similar issues, we’ve implemented enhanced monitoring and alerting systems. These improvements allow us to detect and resolve potential performance concerns before they impact our customers._
