On the morning of April 7, 2025, some Apex users experienced errors and slow performance. The issue was traced to a temporary shortage of front-end servers, which couldn’t keep up with the morning traffic. This caused delays and made parts of the system unusable for a short time. No changes were made that triggered the problem—it appears to have stemmed from routine maintenance and automatic scaling settings. We've since updated the configuration to keep more servers online at all times, ensuring smoother performance going forward.
