Property Control Outage History

Some users are experiencing an unexpected timeout when writing but not yet submitting a Service Request, Incident Report, or Shift Log. If left idle for ~5 minutes, the page may refresh and work may be lost. Workaround: Copy your draft into a notepad before stepping away. We are actively working on a fix and will update this page when resolved.

Some features (mostly related to posting content) are currently unavailable. We have identified the root cause and are investigating mitigation options. Further updates to follow. In the meantime please use our mobile app where possible, as it continues to operate normally.

We’re investigating an issue causing some users to see an “An error has occurred” message when signing in through the mobile app. This issue does not impact web access. A fix is currently in progress.

Condo Control uses Zoom Phone systems, which is currently experiencing a partial outage. We are monitoring their recovery and will keep you informed as soon as normal service resumes. This morning's maintenance completed at 9.20am. During the maintenance there were a few required adjustments identified. The R&D team continues to refine this morning's release for optimal performance. We will provide updates as we progress.
