We are currently experiencing degraded service with our Phishing Simulation tool, affecting the ability to download the following "Export to CSV" reports in the US region: - Export Campaign Data To CSV - Export Campaign Events To CSV - Export Campaign Click Exclusions To CSV

Proofpoint has observed considerable improvements in stability of report generation after the software patch applied in the evening of December 4th. While we are still seeing reports intermittently missing user properties. This is the minority of cases and the vast majority of customers are getting complete data. Given the improvements, the system status is being returned to operational. Thank you for your patience as we worked through these challenges.
