   We are investigating a security issue affecting Privy displays. As a precaution, we have temporarily turned off Privy displays on all stores. While displays are off, they won’t appear on your website, and you won’t collect new signups through them. You don’t need to take any action. Your displays will return as they were once displays are back on. If you have questions, reach our team at [email protected]

We are currently monitoring performance and conducting further testing to confirm full resolution. Feb 23, 15:01 EST Identified - We have implemented an initial routing fix which is showing positive results for UK traffic. Further improvements are currently in progress. Feb 23, 12:35 EST Update - We are currently testing a potential solution to resolve this issue and will provide further updates as soon as we have more information. Feb 23, 10:02 EST Investigating - We are experiencing issues with Privy users accessing the Dashboard. Website Visitors in the UK may have issues loading Privy Displays. Our engineers are investigating the issue and will provide a status update once we have more information.

Nov 18, 07:59 EST Identified - Access to Privy’s dashboard is experiencing intermittent unavailability. We’ve identified the issue and are working with a vendor to resolve it. We do not believe this is impacting scheduled or sent emails or sms.

   We’re experiencing an interruption in SMS delivery currently due to an issue with our provider. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. SMS delivery is currently offline.
