    We are investigating reports that the Embedded Workflow Builder crashes when users attempt to edit workflows. Existing workflows and their executions are not affected at this time. Our team is actively working to identify the cause, and we will provide an update as soon as more information is available.

    Between 20:04 and 23:20 UTC on August 17, the OAuth2 service in eu-west-1 experienced intermittent periods of token refresh failures. The issue was corrected the same night and refreshes resumed normally.
