PreVeil experienced a minor incident on June 5, 2023 affecting Android App and iOS App and 1 more component, lasting 1d 5h. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We have had reports that people are unable to see some emails sent/received prior to 6/3/2023. We are actively working on root causing and fixing this issue. Updates will be posted here as we the go through the investigation.

We believe that majority of the emails that were inaccessible have been restored. We are running audits to check for any further inaccessible emails. If you have issues of specific mails not loading, please contact PreVeil Support.
