We are currently experiencing issues with the connection to Teleplan. Please wait to submit batches until after the connection is restored.
Teleplan has updated us that the issue is resolved. If you have tried to submit billings during the outage, please make sure to go to your Data Centre > Not Yet Submitted and send your batches.
Our vendor has let us know that they have resolved the issue and the faxes are sending as normal. The backlog is in process of clearing out.
