    Our Storage supplier is experiencing an outage. This has a system wide effect for processing entities in pingen. We are monitoring the situation and will inform accordingly.

    Our bank payment processor has confirmed the misconfiguration in the delivery of payment information and we have now received all missing information. All payments which were made, but did not result in credit in the pingen account, have been identified and credited a few minutes ago. We have created an incident in our bank to understand why this happened and how it can be prevented in future.

    Our hosting provider has found the issue, which turned out to be a faulty network software component. We will be starting an investigation internally and with our supplier to make sure that monitoring is set in place to detect these issues earlier.     During the time period of 07:40 and 09:00 this morning, our staging environment had intermittent connectivity issues which lead to failed API calls. The cause was network related and the affected components were taken out from our load balancing which restored the service. Production was not affected at any point. We apologise for the inconvenience
