An issue with a downstream provider is causing Pinata is to experience issues with private files upload / retrieval. We're monitoring the situation and will be updating as soon as we know more. Please note that our public IPFS infrastructure is currently unaffected.

From 1:00AM EST to 3:00AM EST a small segment of users experienced timeouts when trying to pin files. Fixes have been implemented and we are continuing a deeper investigation into root causes.
Around 5:00am EST we had an isolated IPFS node in our EU region that was causing slow responses to pinning to IPFS. The issue was resolved around 6:00am EST and all services are working as expected.
