Our engineering team is currently investigating multiple dashboard, integration and payment performance issues. Payment transactions can still be taken by manually entering the card information on the dashboard. Please check back at this page for additional updates.

Our engineering team has identified the root cause of the issue that was affecting multiple areas, including dashboard actions, PM/EHR integrations and payment transactions via credit card swipe. Dashboard actions and payment processing are now functioning normally and you should no longer be experiencing delays or payment errors. PM/EHR imports and exports have built up queues as the result of this issue that are still clearing, this may lead to some degraded performance. We will continue to monitor. The queue build up has cleared, and Imports/Exports to PM and EHR systems are functioning as expected. Dashboard actions and payment processing remain stable. We will continue to monitor performance.
