    Engineers are currently investigating degraded performance upon being notified by internal monitoring. Users may notice sporadically slow page loads or timeouts.

    An abnormal spike in load coincided with unexpected drop in system capacity. Engineers have introduced reserve capacity and systems have since stabilized. Monitoring performance closely as things settle down.
