Most applications can't be launched via PRS portal, because the signed certificate has expired, it caused execution script for lauching application on Citrix Worknode can't be executed because of authentication failure and blocked by Windows Group Policy, we mitigated this issue by disabling GPO, and then renew the certificate to resign all of execution scripts to fully fix it.
