Currently investigating reports of issues with missing caller ID and recording features. Will post additional details when we have them.

On device caller ID issues should be resolved at this time. There was a brief 20-30 minute issue in an upstream national provider that has resolved that issue. We are still investigating sporadic issues related to missing call recordings. Will provide further details when we have them.

We have identified the cause of missed recordings this morning. We are working on resolving an issue with an upstream service provider now. Recordings exist for those missed calls and we will work through reprocessing them once we confirm that new call recordings are coming through as expected. We will continue monitoring the system and provide status updates on reprocessing.
